Do you offer a warranty for hair toppers and human hair pieces?

Yes, hair products come with a warranty against defects such as excessive shedding, matting, or faulty lace. (Be sure to keep the packaging and proof of purchase for warranty claims.
Are beauty tools hygienic and safe?

All beauty tools (e.g. brushes, scrapers, massagers) are new, factory sealed, and sanitized before shipping. For sanitary reasons, used/opened tools (especially items that touch the skin like Gua Sha boards, facial rollers, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take, and what are the costs?

Shipping times depend on your location. For domestic orders (within Pakistan), it usually takes2‑5 business days; for international orders, it may take longer. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.
Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel’s journey until delivery.
What is your return / refund policy?

You can request a return or refund within7‑30 daysof receiving your order, depending on the product category. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Products that are opened or used (especially skin contact tools or personal care items) are not eligible for return unless defective.
