We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from ACHETE LTD. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

1. Return period You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Condition of returned items Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Defective or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

4. Non‑returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

6. Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

7. Order cancellation Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.
