30‑Day Return Period

We offer a 30‑day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, with all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  2. After approval, we will provide you with the return address.

  3. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage, Defects & Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

  • In cases of transport damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom‑made or personalized products

  • Any product that has been used, washed, or altered beyond original condition

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return the original item following the return steps above. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved or declined.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

  • If you don’t receive your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to info@achete.ltd.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Shipping costs already incurred (for the original delivery) are non‑refundable.
